Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- 3+ years of experience in test automation for web and/or mobile applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Expertise in designing and executing complex test plans, test cases and automated scripts.
- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks (non-web driver approaches preferred).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and API/Backend testing.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages.
- Experience with UI, integration and functional testing.
- Familiarity with debugging tools, version control systems (GIT), IDEs (IntelliJ, VS Code).
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (Azure, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Github actions).
- Proven ability to independently deliver high quality results and guide QA team members.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex requirements and design comprehensive test plans, applying advanced test design techniques.
- Guide and mentor QA team in selecting appropriate testing methodologies, including Smoke, Regression, User Acceptance, E2E and Load/Performance testing.
- Independently execute high-quality testing across web, mobile and backend systems, identifying edge cases and exposing system flaws.
- Lead test automation efforts, maintaining and optimising scripts, providing PR review feedback and supporting framework setup.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers and stakeholders to anticipate issues and integrate QA strategy into the development lifecycle.
- Leverage customer feedback and industry best practices to improve products, tools and services.
- Take ownership of project outcomes, reporting risks and ensuring clarity in expectations.
- Mentor and support junior/mid-level QA engineers, fostering collaboration and an inclusive team culture.
