Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and government payer policies.
  • Proficiency in CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding.
  • Expertise in EOB reconciliation, B2B, and patient billing/collections.
  • Technical literacy in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Proven track record of managing high-velocity, complex workloads independently.
  • Strong communication skills for leading high-stakes, external partner meetings.
  • Ability to create processes from scratch without reliance on existing SOPs.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Revenue Cycle platforms preferred.
  • Background in high-growth healthcare startups preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable, including claim follow-up, rejection management, and denials.
  • Serve as primary interface for external partners to address account discrepancies and financial disputes.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, payment applications, and offsets across NetSuite and Candid billing systems.
  • Enforce sub-ledger data standards and isolate high-impact downstream data risks.
  • Analyze payer-specific reimbursement trends to identify and report systemic errors.
  • Facilitate technical onboarding calls with new health plans and partners to establish workflows.
  • Validate invoicing and claims integrations prior to launch to ensure error-free submission.
