Requirements
- 4-8+ years of product management experience with ownership of a design system, frontend platform, or developer/design experience.
- Strong craft and taste at scale with a clear point of view on quality.
- Builder's mindset with experience spinning up prototypes and working with component building blocks.
- Ability to collaborate horizontally and build consensus across the company.
- Systems thinking regarding how components, tokens, patterns, and front-end infrastructure fit together.
- Strong storytelling skills to communicate business value for design-system investments.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn how to apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for the frontend, spanning the design system and the front-end platform.
- Evolve the design system from a broad component library into smaller, composable building blocks with consistent APIs.
- Drive accessibility and internationalization programs, including global-scale localization.
- Partner with the AI team to enable agentic patterns for product teams.
- Run go-to-market and adoption for design-system changes and lead quality triage.
- Collaborate as a triad with engineering and design leads to prioritize high-impact work.
