Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro.
- Good understanding of ITAM and hardware asset lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of CMDB and asset-to-CI relationships.
- Experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance the ServiceNow HAM Pro module.
- Set up asset classes, models, stockrooms, and lifecycle states.
- Configure workflows, approvals, and governance controls.
- Build reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Support data quality, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
