Requirements
- Active U.S. Bar license.
- 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
- Experience using immigration case management systems (Camplegal).
- Strong growth-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to 45 to 50 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for each client.
- Meticulously review application packets, declarations, and motions for T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and other immigration filings.
- Provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate document delivery.
- Conduct initial reviews to identify legal issues.
- Represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews before USCIS.
- Serve as 'Attorney of the Day' to provide guidance to the team and participate in consultation events.
