Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or similar role.
- Proven people management or team leadership experience.
- Experience managing international suppliers (US, Europe, Middle East, Asia).
- Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of technical materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools.
- Experience with task management systems like ClickUp.
- Fluent English required; Russian language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Supply Engineers.
- Manage procurement operations, including material planning, forecasting, and ordering.
- Source and develop relationships with international suppliers across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
- Review technical drawings and engineering documentation to prepare material lists.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize procurement workflows.
