Job Details

10+ years of B2B product marketing, GTM strategy, or solutions marketing experience.
Several years leading product marketing teams.
Proven experience developing GTM strategy for SMB, Commercial, or Mid-Market technology businesses.
Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, and sales enablement.
Demonstrated success partnering with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Channel, and Executive Leadership.
Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise software is strongly preferred.

Own the product marketing strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments, including segmentation, personas, positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, and GTM priorities.
Define compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate with velocity buyers while aligning to Veeam's overall platform strategy.
Lead integrated GTM launches and campaigns in partnership with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Channel, and Regional Marketing teams.
Develop scalable messaging, sales plays, enablement, and partner content that drives consistency across global routes to market.
Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and market trends to influence product and GTM strategy.
Partner with revenue teams to optimize pipeline creation, conversion, customer expansion, and competitive win rates.
Establish best practices, measurement, and operational rigor to continuously improve GTM effectiveness across Velocity segments.
