Requirements
- Solid programming skills in at least one modern language (C#, Go, TypeScript, Java, or similar).
- Experience building and consuming APIs.
- Hands-on, day-to-day experience using Claude Code or comparable agentic AI coding tools.
- Foundational experience with cloud-native development.
- Experience with a public cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Understanding of testing practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work through ambiguity.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement, test, and maintain well-scoped features and services across the domain.
- Write clean, readable, well-tested code and respond to feedback in code review.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical decisions for the work you own.
- Investigate and fix bugs, and help improve the quality and reliability of the services your team owns.
- Collaborate with product, design, and fellow engineers to turn requirements into working software.
- Learn the domain and the codebase, growing toward owning larger and more ambiguous pieces of work.
- Contribute to observability, testing, and operational health for the features you build.
