Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience developing and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- 4+ years of experience performing business analysis, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and improving business processes.
- 4+ years of experience developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and analytics solutions.
- Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to travel approximately 35% of the time.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification is desired.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain digital dashboards displaying real-property accountability metrics and remediation status.
- Generate recurring dashboards and reports identifying completion rates, unresolved deficiencies, inventory completion, and remediation progress.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify systemic deficiencies, recurring data quality issues, and remediation performance metrics.
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Support system design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Troubleshoot complex Power Platform solutions involving multiple integrated technologies.
- Create data visualizations and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for business and mission stakeholders.
