- 5+ years of hands-on experience operating production infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform and Python.
- Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
- Deep experience across security, monitoring, reliability, and availability.
- Experience with a leading cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Ability to apply AI-first thinking to build and operate infrastructure.
- Bonus: Experience with workflow orchestration like Temporal, Airflow, or Dagster.
- Bonus: Experience running single-tenant, SOC 2, or compliance-sensitive infrastructure.
- Bonus: Exposure to insurance, fintech, or regulated, data-heavy domains.
Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure and delivery platform that powers AI products.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, reliability, and observability.
- Convert infrastructure into code to facilitate safe, fast deployment.
- Operate a single-tenant, SOC 2 Type II platform.
- Build automation, platforms, and guardrails for product development.
