Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles.
- Prior experience working in a startup or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and effective job descriptions.
- Support core HR programs including performance management, employee development, and retention.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support employee relations.
- Assist with monthly payroll and benefits reconciliations.
- Contribute to career development initiatives and job architecture projects.
