Responsibilities
- Shepherd grants through the administrative and logistics process, including due diligence, contracting, payment, and reporting.
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and HR administration.
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, including screening, interview logistics, and candidate sourcing.
- Maintain technical infrastructure, manage software licenses, and provide IT support and training to staff.
- Provide administrative, project, and scheduling support to executive leadership, including the CEO and COO.
- Develop and improve operational systems, documentation, and SOPs to increase efficiency and scalability.
