Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Primavera P6, HCSS, B2W, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
- Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to travel (75%).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- PMP or PE Certification is desired.
Responsibilities
- Manage large complex projects or multiple medium-sized projects valued at approximately $10M or greater.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
- Perform project management duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop creative construction solutions.
- Promote safety, social and environmental responsibility, and community wellbeing throughout project lifecycles.
