Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience.
- Proven track record of end-to-end client relationship management.
- Strong copywriting ability with minimal guidance required.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and translating metrics into actionable tasks.
- Previous experience working in an agency or for an 8fig+ DTC brand.
- Ability to manage projects and communications without constant supervision.
- Proactive mindset regarding account ownership and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Own copywriting for 5-6 pod accounts based on established strategies.
- Support project management tasks including status tracking, chasing approvals, and sequence management.
- Own the retention roadmap and strategy for 1-2 individual accounts.
- Lead client calls and business reviews for assigned accounts.
- Review data and reports to turn findings into concrete actionable steps.
