Requirements
- Current Workday Financials Certification in Strategic Sourcing.
- 4+ years of experience implementing Workday Strategic Sourcing solutions.
- Previous consulting experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects.
- Experience working with Workday or other enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar business applications.
- Strong understanding of financial systems implementation, business process analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend scalable, efficient business solutions.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fully remote consulting environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Workday Strategic Sourcing solutions, including business requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client knowledge transfer.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and Functional Data Model (FDM) workshops, providing best-practice guidance to ensure effective system design and organizational alignment.
- Support data migration activities and collaborate with integration teams to deploy and validate Strategic Sourcing integrations and connectors.
- Demonstrate Workday configurations through prototype development while ensuring solutions meet client business objectives.
- Partner closely with project managers and stakeholders to communicate project status, identify risks, and recommend improvements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Promote Workday best practices and support clients in achieving successful adoption and long-term value from their solutions.
- Mentor and coach consultants by sharing technical expertise, resolving complex challenges, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Maintain Workday certifications, stay current with product enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
