Requirements
- Current Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification, plus at least one additional Workday HCM certification.
- 2–4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and implementation experience across HCM projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Previous consulting experience delivering enterprise software or HR technology implementations.
- Experience deploying Workday or similar enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or Ultimate Software.
- Strong project management, business analysis, and requirements gathering capabilities.
- Functional knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% based on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across multiple functional modules, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while translating client needs into scalable and effective Workday configurations.
- Support data conversion activities and collaborate with integration teams to configure and validate integrations with third-party systems.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, facilitate client workshops, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful user adoption.
- Mentor junior consultants by sharing technical expertise, providing guidance on best practices, and supporting professional development.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, communicate risks, and recommend improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize implementation methodologies, streamline processes, and enhance client outcomes.
- Maintain current Workday certifications while staying informed of new product releases, features, and industry best practices.
