Requirements
- 5–10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and operating complex distributed systems at scale.
- Strong background in real-time data processing architectures, high-throughput systems, and event-driven platforms.
- Experience delivering production-grade software solutions end-to-end with a high level of autonomy.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
- Experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with containerized technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with microservices architectures and CI/CD environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering principles, and scalable system design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within remote, cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance core components of large-scale real-time processing and detection platforms.
- Build and maintain distributed systems capable of processing and analyzing trillions of events per day with high reliability and performance.
- Develop solutions across event processing systems, detection frameworks, correlation platforms, and stream-processing infrastructure.
- Solve complex engineering challenges related to scalability, latency, throughput, reliability, and cost optimization in cloud-native environments.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of next-generation platform capabilities.
- Deliver secure, high-quality, production-ready software and operate systems at significant scale.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, security specialists, threat researchers, and other stakeholders to improve platform effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvements in system performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Participate in technical decision-making and help establish engineering best practices.
- Mentor and support other developers by sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous learning.
- Take ownership of complex technical initiatives from design through implementation and production deployment.
