Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering.
- Deep expertise with AWS services including EC2, EKS/ECS, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Experience designing and managing Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation).
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Deep understanding of IAM architecture and least-privilege security principles.
- Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Configuration management experience (SaltStack, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with regulated environments like FedRAMP, HIPAA, or SOC 2 (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AWS and Azure infrastructure across multi-account and multi-region environments.
- Develop and manage reusable, secure, and auditable Infrastructure as Code modules.
- Implement cloud architecture patterns including IAM strategies, least-privilege access, and governance frameworks.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployments.
- Manage production cloud environments including monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Strengthen cloud security controls aligned with regulatory requirements like FedRAMP and HIPAA.
- Support FinOps initiatives to optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
