Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, operations, systems analysis, or related fields.
- Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing delivery based on business impact.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile delivery teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and make sound decisions with limited direction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities to Agile delivery teams and key stakeholders.
- Own and prioritize product backlogs by creating, refining, and managing user stories based on business value and customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, providing guidance, clarification, and decision-making support throughout delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and ensure solutions meet operational and technical requirements.
- Manage product delivery timelines, scope, and priorities while balancing competing business needs and resources.
- Analyze complex business situations, evaluate potential solutions, and make recommendations that support product success.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback, monitoring outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance product performance.
