Requirements

- 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and platform scalability concepts including multitenancy, horizontal scaling, workload isolation, and autoscaling.
- Ability to collaborate with highly technical engineering teams on system design and architecture.
- Experience defining product strategies and creating actionable roadmaps for ambiguous problems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience gathering requirements.
- Experience with distributed teams and remote collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for tenant scale and unified deployment capabilities from discovery to delivery.
- Define product requirements for scalable deployment platforms, including tenant portability, isolation, and regional deployment.
- Partner with engineering teams to convert platform constraints into clear priorities and product strategies.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and platform product leaders to ensure cohesive direction.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements regarding scalability, compliance, and reliability.
- Facilitate strategic tradeoff discussions regarding scalability, architecture, and long-term product vision.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and execution plans.
