Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social advertising.
- Strong expertise across paid social platforms and digital advertising strategies.
- Experience managing and scaling large advertising accounts while maintaining or improving key performance indicators.
- Advanced knowledge of automation tools, bidding platforms, audience targeting solutions, and creative testing tools.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing significant campaign budgets and driving measurable business results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Build paid media plans including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging strategy, budgeting, testing frameworks, and optimization roadmaps.
- Manage campaign execution from initial planning through implementation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for clients, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through testing, performance measurement, bidding strategies, and audience refinement.
- Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
