Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing delivery or customer success roles, ideally within enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of Aerospace & Defense or manufacturing industries, including operational trends, KPIs, and business drivers.
  • Experience managing complex delivery programs and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through trust, collaboration, and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships.
  • Knowledge of customer success methodologies, value assessments, and outcome measurement frameworks.
  • Understanding of subscription-based services and experience supporting renewal processes.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks, escalations, and competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer success programs by orchestrating virtual teams, managing delivery initiatives, and ensuring successful adoption of solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and partners, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Understand customer goals, business challenges, and success metrics to drive value realization and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify delivery risks, escalate issues when necessary, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
  • Support customer modernization journeys by promoting product adoption, new capabilities, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Lead executive steering committee meetings and provide clear progress updates to internal leadership teams.
  • Develop value metrics, measure success program outcomes, and support renewal activities for services and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities, references, and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Work with delivery, support, product, and engineering teams to improve customer experiences and resolve complex challenges.
  • Maintain regular customer feedback processes and contribute insights to improve products and services.
