Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creator success, education, program management, or related fields.
- Proven experience building and scaling educational programs or creator communities.
- Strong presentation, curriculum development, and public speaking experience for diverse audiences.
- Experience planning and supporting creator-facing events or large-scale programming.
- Proficiency with Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and creator monetization strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent) preferred.
- Willingness to travel several times per month during busy seasons (fall, spring).
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a growth-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creator education programs including onboarding, accelerator initiatives, and webinars.
- Deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and coaching to drive creator growth and platform adoption.
- Partner on creator programming for LTKCon and other events, covering curriculum and execution.
- Create presentations, playbooks, dashboards, and sales enablement materials.
- Analyze creator feedback and program performance to identify improvements.
- Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously with operational excellence.
- Travel frequently during peak seasons to support events and onboarding.
