Requirements
- 1+ years supporting a sales team or B2B sales experience.
- Experience in MCA/short-term lending, payment processing, financial services, or consultative sales.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and phone skills.
- Experience with contract/partnership negotiations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily sales/partner support for ISO Partner Manager teams including contract management, document review, and underwriting review.
- Update and maintain partner contact information and records in Salesforce.
- Communicate promptly with partners via phone, email, text, and messaging regarding deal progress.
- Assist in ISO onboarding tasks, including vetting potential partners and collecting required documentation.
- Ensure partners are updated with underwriting policies, marketing materials, and commission/bonus structures.
- Respond to and initiate partner inquiries regarding balance, funding, and deal modifications.
