Requirements
- 3+ years of QA engineering experience, ideally with web and mobile applications
- Strong foundation in both manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
- Comfortable testing APIs and backend systems, not just user interfaces
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills
- Able to think critically about edge cases and potential failure modes
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with engineers, designers, and product managers
- Passionate about quality and user experience in high-stakes environments
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications, from onboarding flows to telehealth visits
- Develop and maintain automated test suites that scale with our product velocity
- Test AI diagnostic outputs for accuracy, consistency, and edge cases across medical conditions
- Validate integrations with third-party systems including scheduling, video platforms, and enterprise APIs
- Create and execute test plans for new features, working closely with product and engineering teams
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, advocating for quality throughout the development cycle
- Build testing frameworks and processes that enable the team to move fast without breaking things
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Monitor production systems and user reports to catch issues before they impact patients
