Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack or backend/frontend engineering experience shipping production web applications.
- Strong professional experience in either Python or Java (JVM frameworks) building REST/GraphQL/event-driven APIs.
- Solid hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern reactive frameworks (Vue 3, Angular, or React).
- Practical experience working with relational databases (SQL, data modeling, query optimization).
- Demonstrated professional experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, Cursor).
- Experience writing robust automated tests across frontend and backend layers.
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving ability, self-direction, and communication skills to lead technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features—from the UI down through APIs, backend services, and relational data models.
- Create responsive, scalable, and high-performance UI components using Vue 3 / Angular, TypeScript, and modern state management patterns.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Python or Java/JVM.
- Actively use AI development tools to accelerate prototyping, code review, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Improve system reliability, observability, accessibility (WCAG), and bundle/database performance.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E tests across the stack.
