Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, vendor management, partnerships, sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of hitting established targets.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree (3 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic productivity software (GSuite, Slack, spreadsheets).
- Ability to pull data and generate reports.
- Strong, reliable internet connection and a private, quiet, distraction-free environment.
- Comfort with emerging technology and interest in AI-based productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Source and prioritize providers (in-home care, centers, camps, and activities) based on licensing, reviews, and market need.
- Conduct outreach to prospective providers, explaining the Wellthy backup care benefit and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Vet providers against quality standards using licensing documentation and direct evaluation.
- Negotiate rates and partnership terms for both single-site providers and multi-location franchise groups.
- Manage provider onboarding, including documentation, payment, and billing setup.
- Serve as the ongoing point of contact for providers to maintain high responsiveness and activity levels.
- Monitor market coverage and fill rates to identify and address supply gaps.
- Collaborate with operations, billing, and legal departments to streamline network growth.
