Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong background in compliance, risk management, project management, controls, or audit.
- Proven project management and execution capabilities to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency is required.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in operational risk management, internal/external audit, compliance, or IT security is an advantage.
- Prior experience in management consulting or project management is highly desirable.
- Relevant professional certifications (CPA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and control assessments on product risk exposure and validate remediation.
- Maintain the FSRA Outsourcing Register and conduct vendor due diligence and third-party risk assessments.
- Coordinate with the Outsourcing Workgroup to track remediation and oversee critical third-party dependencies.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and manage the FSRA RFI response log.
- Coordinate remediation of regulatory findings including root cause analysis and evidence compilation.
- Support preparation for FSRA on-site inspections through walkthrough materials and readiness checks.
- Track and report on regulatory remediation progress to the Board Risk & Compliance Committee.
