Requirements
- 2+ years in Operations or Project Management within e-commerce or DTC.
- Hands-on supply chain experience: inventory, 3PL, freight, and forecasting.
- Advanced Notion and/or ClickUp user proficiency.
- Daily use of AI tools to build systems and automate workflows.
- Experience managing remote teams across different time zones.
- Ability to read and interpret basic financial reports.
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring pipelines.
- Comfortable working independently without daily oversight.
- Experience operating across China and US markets preferred.
- Proven track record scaling a DTC brand from early growth preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and reorder cycles to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Manage supplier, manufacturer, and 3PL relationships, holding them to lead times, quality, and SLAs.
- Coordinate freight and shipment timelines across the China to US pipeline.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPI trackers for performance visibility.
- Document SOPs and job scorecards for every role and process in Notion.
- Audit workflows and use AI tools to automate repetitive work.
- Lead weekly standups, 1:1 meetings, and performance reviews to foster a culture of accountability.
- Execute the hiring pipeline and maintain structured onboarding processes.
- Track recurring operational spend and deliver monthly OPEX summaries.
