Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship back-end development experience.
- Deep understanding of web development and best practices.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Deep experience in back-end frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Skilled in REST API development and asynchronous task management.
- Experience with databases and data management best practices.
- Working knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor).
- Production experience with LLM APIs, including prompt design and context management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, debug, and modify software components in an agile environment.
- Write automated unit and integration tests to support continuous integration.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and flexibility.
- Prototype creative solutions and MVPs while contributing to technical vision.
- Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams and participate in user story creation.
- Resolve technical roadblocks and drive issues to closure.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered features including RAG pipelines and LLM API integrations.
- Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development workflows.
