Requirements
- 8+ years building and shipping production software.
- Experience owning a system end-to-end as the senior technical voice.
- Front-end and data visualization engineering expertise (e.g., React, TypeScript).
- Hands-on development experience, including writing and reviewing code.
- Experience with unclassified-to-secure software delivery and data/schema contracts.
- Strong requirement-gathering and architectural design skills.
- Experience working with optimization scientists and data-science teams.
- Demonstrated team leadership and ability to coordinate across multiple functional roles.
- US Citizenship required.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Own the software design, architecture, delivery, and deployment for a dedicated program.
- Gather requirements from customers and end-users, translating them into technical designs and plans.
- Lead a small software team, setting technical direction and sequencing project work.
- Drive the unclassified-to-secure delivery path, ensuring software runs unchanged in air-gapped environments.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with PMs, subject-matter experts, and data scientists.
- Maintain CI/CD hygiene and coordinate security accreditation requirements.
