Requirements
- 8+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps engineering experience, including end-to-end production pipeline ownership.
- 5+ years of experience operating in DoW cloud environments (e.g., Azure Gov IL-5, AWS GovCloud).
- Hands-on experience managing at least one complete ATO or cATO pathway in production.
- Deep understanding of DoW impact-level boundaries and the CC SRG.
- US Citizenship required.
- Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to USMC sites, HQ, and vendor facilities.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as Iron Bank, STIGs, ACAS/OpenSCAP, and FIPS.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale hosting architecture in IL-5/IL-6 environments.
- Select and implement deployment strategies across government networks and hybrid platforms.
- Build a modern CI/CD pipeline with integrated security, testing, and compliance validation.
- Lead transition from incumbent contractor and government-furnished environments.
- Own release cadence and ensure quality through monitoring and performance metrics.
- Partner with RMF leadership to align on ATO strategy and ensure pipeline generates compliance artifacts.
