Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience defining KPIs, creating metrics, and delivering recurring analytical reports.
- Experience designing and maintaining dashboards using modern BI and reporting tools.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop subject matter expertise in key partner ecosystem metrics across Meta's Family of Apps.
- Write advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that enable self-service analytics.
- Deliver recurring analytical reports, performance metrics, and executive-ready presentations.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Partner closely with Strategy, Data Engineering, and Business Development teams to support organizational objectives.
- Define business metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations that improve operational performance.
- Manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines.
