Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building new corporate partnerships, ideally with Senior Directors or Executive Leadership.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or delivering persuasive presentations.
- Demonstrated experience managing partnerships, preferably in the private sector.
- Strong project management skills, including documentation, planning, and evaluation.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage target employers aligned with UpGlo’s candidate skill profiles and strategic goals.
- Lead new partnership outreach strategies and cultivate high-priority company prospects.
- Manage and deepen relationships with Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) partners to drive job placements.
- Implement moves management systems to track partnership lifecycles and analyze performance metrics.
- Utilize Salesforce for stakeholder management, data tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to manage marketing materials and employer engagement opportunities.
- Represent the organization at external panels, presentations, and workshops.
