- Broad expertise in program and project management methods.
- Strong business acumen.
- Extensive experience pulling data and creating reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Strong understanding and experience with AI in a business environment.
- Proficiency with program governance tools like Jira and Clarity.
- Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with directors and senior leads within the Cloud Infrastructure and Platforms organization and across groups.
- Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and executive updates to support decision-making.
- Establish and maintain cadence for leadership reviews, program check-ins, and status updates.
- Serve as a central point of contact across teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate leadership forums and planning sessions to drive clarity and consensus on goals and execution paths.
- Craft clear, concise communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop executive-level presentations and reports that synthesize complex information.
