Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple engineering teams and technical workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile program management tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering and business teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and other business stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Drive alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.
- Facilitate program governance, including executive status reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Identify and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to establish roadmaps, delivery strategies, and implementation plans.
- Track program health, delivery metrics, and key milestones.
- Promote program management best practices and continuous process improvement.
