Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of Data Analysis or in roles requiring an equivalent knowledge and delivery.
- Proven ability to develop strong strategic working relationships with leaders.
- Strong abilities in root cause analysis of large amounts of data.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering strategic projects.
- Ability to work independently setting own priorities and objectives.
- Skilled at focusing on desired results, determining priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Executive acumen to evaluate and respond in complex business situations.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytics to support profitable growth.
- Evaluate data to identify opportunities for product/service improvements and process enhancements.
- Support sales growth and customer retention efforts.
- Evaluate analytics to present business solutions.
- Create and implement project plans for large strategic initiatives.
- Develop monthly scoreboards to track team results.
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers on large customer initiatives.
