Requirements
- 5+ years of Workforce Management or prior relevant experience.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
- Ability to participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee intraday management of scheduling procedures, real-time workload analysis, and call routing to meet service level requirements.
- Facilitate the development of the WFM team through exposure to industry improvements, skills, and standards.
- Collaborate with department schedulers and managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and formulate efficiency strategies.
- Devise scheduling enhancements, create new business models, and identify best practices for staffing utilization.
- Balance specialist workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations.
- Ensure the completion of daily schedule operations, including managing leave requests and call-outs.
- Lead staffing review meetings with management and analysts to discuss performance, risks, and forecasts.
