- Experience with voluntary claims (Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Critical Illness) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer, process, and adjudicate Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity claims.
- Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals via phone and email.
- Leverage knowledge of coverage, contract provisions, eligibility, and benefits to review claim information.
- Apply knowledge of voluntary insurance products to answer stakeholder questions and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and proactively recognize customer needs.
- Make routine and non-routine decisions under close supervision.
