Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of customer service or sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to navigate challenging conversations.
- Experience working with diverse high school students (preferred).
- International travel or study abroad experience (preferred).
- Additional language skills beyond English (preferred).
- Willingness to work some evening hours.
- Ability to travel domestically for in-person presentations.
- Availability to provide emergency support during 1-2 travel weekends per year.
Responsibilities
- Convey the value and outcomes of study abroad programs to high school students and guardians.
- Execute structured sales outreach via phone (20-60 calls daily), text, and email.
- Guide families through scholarship and application processes while overcoming barriers to participation.
- Host virtual webinars and conduct in-person presentations at schools and fairs.
- Review applications, accept applicants, and manage financial account status.
- Maintain accurate records and applicant pipelines using Salesforce.
- Provide ongoing on-program support and participate in periodic sales training.
