Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Strong architectural understanding of LLM technologies, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Deep expertise with Python and AWS services (S3, Lambda, Batch, Glue, Bedrock, Step Functions, Redshift).
- Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Experience managing MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Ability to design secure data architectures for multi-tenant and high-security environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex concepts.
- Preferred: Experience with offensive security workflows (bug bounty, vulnerability research, red teaming).
- Preferred: Experience deploying AI in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOC2).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI, ML, and data systems.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Direct the design to deployment lifecycle of data pipelines and AI/ML applications.
- Guide the development, tuning, and MLOps of ML models for cybersecurity.
- Architect and govern large-scale, high-performance data pipelines for vulnerability and asset datasets.
- Collaborate with security research, product, and platform teams to build data-driven automation.
- Establish MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring.
