Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
- 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) and CI/CD patterns.
- Experience building or scaling AI-enabled developer tools such as copilots, agents, or code search.
- Familiarity with AI product delivery considerations including data governance, privacy, and prompt design.
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to monitor product health and set goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 level).
- Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tactical execution.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products that embed AI into the end-to-end software lifecycle including AI-assisted development and agentic workflows.
- Own the organization-wide mechanism for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) including standards, reusable modules, and policy guardrails.
- Drive cloud transformation by creating automated self-service pathways to increase developer velocity.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-first developer workflows.
- Manage the product portfolio using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and leading indicators.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers on product discipline and team operations.
- Identify strategic opportunities through market research and deep user empathy.
