Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of training development experience, specifically in enterprise systems and applications training
- Proficiency in industry-leading training tools such as SEN, WalkMe, Articulate Storyline, and Assima
- Exceptional English language skills, including a deep understanding of grammar in both writing and speaking
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to measure training effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a team and diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing timelines, requirements, and priorities
- Ability to work primarily on Eastern Standard Time (EST) with flexibility for other time zones
- Some travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
- Develop a comprehensive range of training materials related to enterprise systems and processes, including e-learning modules, training presentations, system simulations, instructor-led training materials, and quick reference guides
- Leverage industry-leading tools (e.g., SEN, WalkMe, Articulate Storyline, Assima) to create innovative and effective training materials in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and maintain a consistent design approach across all training materials
- Manage project assignments by prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient project execution aligned with schedules and budgets
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in Instructional Design and adult learning theories
