- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills for coordinating multiple details under tight timelines.
- Proven track record of delivering complex marketing projects on time and on budget.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and suggest new strategies to amplify brand presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field marketing plans to support global marketing and revenue objectives.
- Effectively manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics with a focus on communication and detail.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for tradeshows, company events, webinars, and partner events.
- Coordinate speaking slots at events and leverage internal speakers.
- Measure and analyze field marketing performance, including awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales leadership to ensure alignment in messaging and positioning.
