Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S.) preferred.
- 3-5 years of industry experience and/or training.
- Fluent in residential construction practices and distribution channels.
- Strong working knowledge of project workflow from architect/engineer to contractor.
- Sales and account management experience with a proven track record of sales/profit growth preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM, and SAP ERP.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to step prospects through a sales story.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and understand competitive market conditions and industry trends relative to builders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders within the region.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement and enhance the effectiveness of the Builder Program.
- Lead and participate in training sessions, workshops, and educational presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management to introduce new products and identify potential tools.
- Manage CRM records, business planning, expense reporting, and company-owned vehicle maintenance.
