Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred.
- 3-5 years of industry experience or training.
- Fluent in residential construction practices and distribution channels.
- Strong working knowledge of project workflow from architect/engineer to the contractor.
- Sales and account management experience with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer focus.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and understand competitive market conditions among builders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and subcontractors in the region.
- Lead and participate in product training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
- Collaborate with National Builder Managers, sales representatives, and marketing to coordinate sales strategies.
- Assist local sales representatives in monitoring and enhancing the Builder Program.
- Represent the company at trade shows, committee meetings, and association events.
- Manage CRM data, business planning, and maintenance of company-owned vehicles.
