Requirements
- 8+ years of experience engineering substantial full-stack web codebases in production.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Deep expertise in state management, performance optimization, and component architecture.
- 5+ years designing and shipping complex distributed systems, including API design and microservices.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency with modern full-stack web application tech stacks.
- Familiarity with web DevOps and QA best practices for test automation.
- Advanced English proficiency for client communication.
- Experience with consumer internet applications preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, distributed engineering environment or startup preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on technical lead for a team of 3-5 web engineers.
- Guide the design and development of consumer-facing features and backend APIs.
- Coordinate complex technology roadmaps with distributed teams and partners.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and leadership to drive customer experience growth.
- Establish and promote effective engineering practices, including code reviews and software design documentation.
- Implement and optimize performance-critical architectures for 3D web applications.
