Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, business, or data analytics preferred.
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in asset management or real estate finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with Power Query, pivot models, macros/VBA, or SQL preferred.
- Experience with platforms such as MRI, RealPage, or Yardi preferred.
- Familiarity with affordable housing programs like HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, or PRAC is a plus.
- Ability to integrate, clean, and validate data from multiple systems.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and real estate transaction analysis.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data, including budget-to-actual performance, KPIs, cash flow, and trends.
- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for strategic planning.
- Consolidate, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems.
- Support annual operating and capital budgeting processes.
- Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and due diligence for acquisitions and refinancings.
- Prepare portfolio analytics, performance reports, and segmentation analyses.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for senior leadership and investors.
