Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management, Supply Chain, Solutions Architecture, or Digital Transformation with ownership of a functional domain or enterprise systems portfolio.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes: Design-to-Release, Forecast-to-Plan/Build, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Returns/Reverse Logistics.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise systems, integrations, and process automation, including AI/ML or advanced analytics in operational contexts.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements and target-state architecture.
- Proven ability to influence and align senior, cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical global teams.
- Strong documentation discipline and high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, target-state architecture, roadmap, and investment priorities for Supply Chain technology capabilities.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify root causes, and design future-state operating models and workflows.
- Define and execute AI-enabled product strategies leveraging LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, MCPs, predictive analytics, and optimization models.
- Ensure core platforms (ERP, planning, and analytics systems) work together to support reliable, efficient end-to-end operations.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Build alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Business Technology, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Procurement.
