Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling products from early stages.
- Experience managing products in hardware, connected devices, physical products, or regulated healthcare environments.
- Strong hardware-oriented product mindset including experience with quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Proven ability to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Compliance.
- Strong track record of balancing user experience and technical scalability.
- Data-driven approach to goal setting and impact measurement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to translate strategic vision into products for customers and Brand Partners.
- Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements spanning digital and physical product realities.
- Apply a hardware-informed mindset to roadmap decisions, considering manufacturability, operational complexity, and quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Fulfillment teams.
- Create comprehensive product artifacts including PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Define success metrics, maintain product backlogs, and drive product initiatives from concept through launch.
